Hi, I'm Jose Uribe. Web developer in Cali, Colombia.
I take ideas all the way to the customer.
With each client I decide what gets built, in what order and when it ships. Then I build it. I’ve done it for businesses in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, the United States, Brazil and Spain.
Today I'm developing a fintech product inside a bank's innovation lab.
I develop on a Scrum team with Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL on Azure. On the side I'm studying Business Administration.

What I see, build and learn.

All work
Armony
A multi-step wizard for buying funeral service plans online, modeled after flight-booking flows: clear progress, plan selection, and a payment summary at checkout. Next.js Server Actions with Supabase as the backend.
Visit site
Silas Veloso
The personal site of a researcher and lecturer in Rio de Janeiro: articles, projects, schedule and a downloadable thesis, in Portuguese and Spanish. One link instead of a CV attached to every email.

Hablo Portugués
A language school's platform: students, classes and payments in one place. It knows who has paid and who is behind, no spreadsheet.

Enlace
The institutional site for a Rio de Janeiro civil society organization working in research, training and advocacy. Eight sections in Brazilian Portuguese, an abstract network illustration instead of stock photography, fully static and tuned for Core Web Vitals.
One person responsible, start to finish.
For founders and businesses who already have the idea and need someone accountable for getting it to their customers.
From idea to launch
I turn your idea into a first version your customers can use: what problem it solves, what goes in and what waits, and the product built and shipped. Real, not a mockup.

I find where AI saves your team real hours and put it to work: automated tasks, connected systems, internal tools.

Let's talk.
Tell me what you want to get off the ground. I'll reply with an honest read: where I'd start, what I'd leave for later and how long it would take.
